I have about 35 lbs of bodyfat I need to loose to get back into my old body. I also need to regain some strength that I lost from not weight training consistently for the past 2 years. I went from a 225 max bench to a 175 max bench.
I don't care about getting as big as I was, but I seriously need to loose this fat and was thinking about doing a cycle of T3 and clen, maybe some winsterol to give me a boost (I am dieting of course, but my past dieting regimens really messed with my metabolism and current ability to loose weight)
What is the best way to go/how many/how long? I am really trying to avoid any horrible side effects once I stop the cycle, as I plan to make this my last one. (yeah, yeah, that's what we all say) I an 5' 5" @ 165. I look best around 135-140. Not sure what to do at this point.
